A take away in Tyrone is facing huge penalties after four Chinese immigration offenders were found working at the premises.
Two men aged 26 and 40, and a 33-year-old woman were arrested at Donaghmore Chinese Cuisine on Pomeroy Road in Dungannon on Friday.
A fourth person, who is 38, has an outstanding immigration application but is not entitled to work in Northern Ireland.
The fast food shop could be charged up to £20,000 for each illegal worker.
The Home Office is now waiting for the proprietor to submit documentation backing the right-to-work of employees.
Mike Golden, from Immigration Enforcement in Northern Ireland, said, "Those who use and exploit illegal workers face severe financial penalties.
"We are happy to work with businesses to ensure the right pre-employment checks are carried out, but those intent on operating outside the law will be found and will be punished."
