Two cars and a house have been targeted following a number of incidents in Belfast that police are treating as a racially motivated hate crime.
A number of windows were broken and a car was set on fire outside a property in the Forth Parade area, shortly before 8.40pm last night.
Officers attended the scene along with the NIFRS and the blaze was extinguished.
Windows were also smashed in a second car further down the street.
Meanwhile, around the same time it was reported a man entered a house in the Woodvale Avenue.
A number of windows were also broken at this property.
Inspector David McBride said: "These were very distressing incidents for the occupants of the properties, which included a number of young children.
"At this stage, we are treating these incidents as racially motivated hate crimes.
"If you were in the area at the time or may have any information, please contact police on 101 quoting reference 1718 of 19/08/21.
