Larne cut the gap at the top of the Danske Bank Premiership with a 3-0 home win against Dungannon Swifts on Saturday night.

The highlights were great goals from Mark Randall and Marty Donnelly.

Tiernan Lynch's team are now just two points behind leaders Linfield who didn't play this weekend.


The shock result was earlier in the day when Carrick Rangers beat Crusaders 3-1 at Seaview to move off the bottom of the table.

Jonny Frazer, who's on loan from Glentoran, struck twice for the visitors. 

Portadown drew 1-1 with Cliftonville after a successful operation to clear the snow at Shamrock Park.

Adam McCallum grabbed a late equaliser for the Ports.
