Ballymena United manager David Jeffrey will be able to concentrate on training up his side this week without any distractions.

For the first time in several weeks the Sky Blues have no mid-week match commitments.

Jeffrey spoke to Q Radio Sport in the aftermath of United's 4 - nil victory over Ballinmallard on Saturday:
