Woman threatened with a needle in Belfast hijacking

A woman has been threatened with a needle during a hijacking at a Belfast City Centre car park. 

A man approached the victim in Bankmore Street as she returned to her vehicle and entered the car using her keys. 

Members of the public helped prevent the suspect from leaving the scene.

A man in his 20's has been arrested on suspicion of a number of offences including suspicion of hijacking, criminal damage and possessing an article with blade or point in a public place. 

The woman wasn't injured, but was left shaken.
