An application to hold the trial of a man accused in connection with a prison officer's murder has been adjourned.
Damien McLaughlin was arrested and charged following the fatal shooting of David Black in November 2012.
The 40 year-old suspect was granted bail in May 2014 and has not been seen by police for three months.
McLaughlin from KilL-mascally Road near Arboe is charged with aiding and abetting murder.
He is also accused of possesing items to be used in terorrism and being a member of an illegal organisation.
Today the counsel for the crown court have decided that given the confusion of the suspects whereabouts it would be premature to proceed with the trial in his absence.
