A flight from Spain to Northern Ireland was diverted to Portugal after a member of the cabin crew became unwell.

The Ryanair flight FR1314 from Malaga to Belfast International Airport was re-routed to Porto last night.

In a statement the airline said: "This flight from Malaga to Belfast diverted to Porto after one of the cabin crew became unwell.

"The aircraft landed normally, the crew member received medical assistance and was replaced by a standby crew member, and the flight continued to Belfast shortly after.”
