The Victims' Commissioner has said this week's mocking in Newry of a man murdered by the IRA is a sad indictment on where we are on dealing with the legacy of the Troubles.

A sign was put up on an anti-internment bonfire taunting victims' campaigner William Frazer about the 1975 killing of his father Bertie, a part-time UDR soldier.

Judith Thompson spoke out after meeting Mr. Frazer and other victims at an event in Markethill on Thursday night...
