A man has been resuscitated after jumping out a window to escape a dangerous house fire in Antrim.
He collapsed just outside the property in the Craigmore Park area at around 9 o'clock last night.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue service say they were working in 'hazardous' conditions at the scene to administer first aid.
Firefighters in breathing apparatus entered the building believing another person may have been inside.
Paramedics outside worked on the victim, who has since been moved to Antrim Area Hospital.
It's believed the fire broke out on a lower floor and spread through the roof of the building.
The cause appears to have been accidental at this stage.
Commander William Laverty told QRadio news "Due to the make up of the flat the fire and the smoke was mostly contained to the one, first- floor flat.
"There were other neighbouring properties but they only suffered some minor smoke damage as a result."
