Good news for delayed Glenravel school

There's been a breakthrough for a planned new primary school in Glenravel, which has suffered setbacks to this point.

In March the Department of Education ruled out the locally-preferred church site option for 'Mary Queen of Peace' school, mainly because of land access issues. However its owners have offered to sell the land to the school.

So Mid and East Antrim Chief Executive Anne Donaghy told this week's Council meeting about the Department's apparent U-Turn:

But Councillor Declan O'Loan told Council he's unconvinced by the Department:
