Disabled people's carers, who attend Mid and East Antrim Council leisure centres, are to get entirely free access from the autumn.
That's according to North Antrim Assemblyman Paul Frew, who's been pressing council for the change.
Many disabled people use Council swimming pools, jacuzzis or steam rooms to help ease pain or strengthen their muscles.
He says the issue was brought to his attention by the plight of a severely disabled girl:
