There are fears a Ballymena community will take the law into its own hands to deal with 'unbearable' and 'persistent' antisocial activity.

A councillor claims Harryville residents have brought complaints to police but little has been done to stop children damaging theirs and public property.

Weeks of stone-throwing, disruption to utility works, and underage drinking is pushing locals to the brink.
