A woman has been convicted at Enniskillen Magistrates' Court for claiming over £12,000 in benefits she was not entitled to.
44 year old Rose Stitt of Dungoyne Park, Dundonald claimed Employment Support Allowance while failing to declare employment.
She was given a three month prison sentence suspended for 18 months.
The fraud was uncovered following an investigation by the Department for Communities.
She is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Department.
