A County Antrim schoolboy, arrested over the 2015 TalkTalk cyber attack, is to launch an appeal.

The 16 year old is challenging his failed High Court attempt to secure legal protection from media identification.

He wants overturned a ruling that the Department of Justice can't be banned from naming juvenile suspects before they're charged.

The Ballymena youth's renewed challenge hearing is due to be heard in September.
