Antrim fire station operating hours to be cut

Changes come into effect from this Saturday.

Budgetary constraints are forcing Antrim fire station to cut its weekend operating hours.

It'll mean emergency response will be reduced from 84 hours a week to just 50.

The change will come into force from Saturday.

Regional secretary of the Fire Brigade Union Stephen Boyd says it'll cost lives:
