Strabane Cricket club win Ulster Shield

Strabane were crowned winner of the Ulster Shield for 2017 after beating St.Johnston in a "super over" after the two sides had tied the 20 over decider. 

They're the first team in the North West to claim the trophy. 

Aaron Gillespie's 39 was the best of Strabane's 123-9 in their first match against Holywood; as well as Kevin Pretorius, Khushpal Singh and Mark Snodgrass. 

The final score ended with 7 from the Donegal side, while Strabane edged with 8.
