It's also a first Kingspan appearance for Charles Piutau

After last week's impressive two-try cameo against Exeter, academy player Robert Lyttle has been rewarded with a start on the right wing.  The only other newcomer to the side is Paul Marshall, who steps in at scum-half in place of Ruan Pienaar, who picked up an elbow injury in last week's preseason game.

All Black Charles Piutau will make his first appearance at Kingspan Stadium when he lines up at fullback.  Stuart McCloskey and Darren Cave are retained in midfield, with Brett Herron at out-half and Louis Ludik keeping the right wing berth.

Pete Browne tells Q Radio about the importance of Preseason:

There's only one major change in the forward with Loosehead prop Andy Warwick stepping in.  The Ballymena man will partner new Captain Rob Herring and new boy Rodney Ah You in the front row.  Pete Browne, Franco van der Merwe, Robbie Diack, Clive Ross and Roger Wislon make up the rest of the Ulster Pack.
