The Seaforde swimmer won the women's S14 200m Individual Medley

Team GB swimmer Bethany Firth got another gold medal last night and set a new paralympic record as she won the women's S14 two hundred metres individual medley.

It was the final swimming event in Rio.

The Seaforde athlete adds it to her two golds and silver from earlier in the games.
