Windsor Park could host the UEFA Super Cup 2019.
Northern Ireland's national stadium is in contention for the clash between the winners of the Champions League and Europa League in two years' time.
It's competing with six other venues across the globe, for the match.
The Belfast ground holds 18,000, but the European football governing body has shown it's prepared to locate the decider at smaller stadia.
The results will be announced on September 21.
