The midfielder moved to Linfield last season, however struggled for game time with the champions.

Clingan played as a 'guest of the club' in preseason, lining up for the Lurgan Blues against Loughgall FC at the weekend.
Glenavon have now signed him on a one year deal.
Clingan made 39 appearances for Northern Ireland after making his debut in 2006.
