The Bannsiders vying for a place in the cup quarter finals

Coleraine take a break form league action tonight when the entertain Knockbreda FC at the Showgrounds.  A place in the quarter finals will await the Bannsiders if they can overcome the championship outfit.

Coleraine head into the game as the news masters of the late show.  Their previous three games have all required late goals to settle them, starting with a 2-2 draw over Glenavon almost three weeks ago.  That was followed by a stoppage time equaliser in their 2-2 draw with Ballymena, followed up by a last-gasp winner against Ards over the weekend.

Oran Kearney's men head into the game, unbeaten since their trip to Solitude.  The Stripes booked their place in the last 16 thanks to a comfortable win over local rival Limavady United, beating the Roesiders 3-0.

Knockbreda meanwhile, overcame Lurgan Celtic in the previous round. A 4-3 win against their Mid-Ulster opponents was enough to see them safely in the hat for tonight's game.

Kick off is at 7:45 at the Ballycastle Road Showgrounds
