Warrenpoint Town will have home advantage after all in their Northern Ireland League Cup clash with Banbridge Town.

The second round tie on Tuesday August 30th was due to be played in Banbridge but has been switched to Milltown.

Newry City were drawn away to newly-promoted Premiership club Ards, who play in Bangor.

Former Warrenpoint and Newry player Stephen Hughes is set to make his competitive debut for Portadown tonight.

Ports boss Pat McGibbon is delighted to link up with the local man he first worked with during his spell in charge at the Showgrounds.

The Ports host the Mallards tonight in the Danske Bank Premiership with a 7:45pm kick-off.
