Title race goes to last day after dramatic Coleraine comeback at Windsor Park

The Danske Bank Premiership title race and the relegation battle will both go down to the last day of the league next Saturday.

Crusaders head into it top on goal difference from Coleraine after a 1-1 draw in the north Belfast derby against Cliftonville at Seaview.

Joe Gormley opened the scoring for the visitors with a sensational strike in the second half, only for Paul Heatley to equalise with a glorious goal of his own a couple of minutes later.

Coleraine stayed level on points at the summit after fighting back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Linfield - Darren McCauley struck twice for the Bannsiders.

Crues boss Stephen Baxter says the title rivals deserve immense credit for maintaining such high standards all season...

Coleraine go to Glenavon next week and Crusaders travel to Ballymena.

The fight for third place and possible European qualification is also still on and Glenavon are a point clear of Linfield after a scoreless draw with Ballymena at Mourneview Park.

Carrick beat Glentoran 2-1 at the Oval to move off the foot of the table on goal difference. 

Ballinamallard are bottom again after their 1-1 draw with Ards in Bangor. 

(The Mallards are away to Glentoran on the final day - Carrick play Warrenpoint Town at the Q Radio Arena).

In the other Section B game on Saturday, Dungannon were 4-2 winners at home to Warrenpoint - former 'Point player Daniel Hughes scoring twice for the Swifts.

Institute clinched promotion to the Premiership as their 3-0 victory over Loughgall secured the Championship title.
