A further three covid-19 related deaths have been confirmed in Northern Ireland, according to the Department of Health.

A further 1,424 positive cases of the virus have also been reported in the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile, in total 2,489,473 vaccines have been administered in the region.

The Department of Health's dashboard will be updated fully on Monday.

It comes as Northern Ireland's vaccination programme continues to target young people by launching a pop up clinic at one of Belfast's most popular nightclubs.

The Belfast Trust is administering first doses at the Limelight for anyone aged over 16.
