Laverty fails to cross MotoGP finish line

Toome’s Eugene Laverty failed to finish in Sunday's MotoGP.

He crashed in the early stages of the race.

He wasn’t injured in the incident which came two days after he crashed in practice.

Laverty was deemed fit to race after a hospital check.

Marc Marquez of Spain won the race.

Laverty is now 12th in the championship standings.
