Cookstown’s Aaron Hughes says he is enjoying an 'unexpected' new lease of life.

He’s currently playing with Scottish Premiership side Hearts.

Hughes is now 37-years-old.

The Cookstown man has previously played for Newcastle United and Aston Villa.

He also spent time recently in India with the Kerala Blasters.

Hughes says the game time he was given at Euro 2016 has persuaded him to continue playing.
