The Belfast Giants have added to their defence ahead of this weekend's games with the Cardiff Devils.

They've brought in Defenceman Jerome Leduc to the roster for the reminder of the season.  Ludic brings plenty of big game experience, having been drafted by NHL side, the Buffalo Sabres back in 2010.

He spent four seasons in the AHL with Sabres affiliate, the Rochester Americans.  He posted 19 goals and 38 assists in 228 appearances for the Americans.

The 20 year-old Quebec native is expected to help fill the void left by Alex Foster.  Foster is set to miss a significant amount of time due to an injury sustained in a game against Fife.
