By Q Radio news

A dusting of snow has fallen over parts of Northern Ireland overnight leading to treacherous driving conditions in some areas.

A Met Office warning for snow and ice remains in place until 11am this morning.

It seems the west and the north of the province have been worst affected with several centimetres falling on higher ground.

Road users are being advised to exercise extreme caution.
