Back row Iain Henderson returns to Ulster's starting line-up for tomorrow night's Pro12 clash with Glasgow Warriors.

Simon Hunter spoke to the international star, about Joe Barakat's impact at the club, his return to playing, tomorrow night's trip to Glasgow Warriors, the joint-captaincy, applying pressure for the full game and Ireland's chances against the All Blacks this autumn.

Les Kiss' men are hoping to make it four from four this competitive season at Scotstoun- a ground which hasn't been kind to them in recent years.

There are nine changes to the squad in total, including Darren Cave returning to centre, Franco van der Merwe joining Alan O'Connor in the second row and Rory Best in the replacements.

Kick-off is at 7:35pm.
