Linfield Ladies maintained their 100 per cent start to the Danske Bank Women's Premiership last night with a 3-1 home win against Glentoran Belfast United.

Northern Ireland international Kirsty McGuinness hit the opening goal for the defending champions.


Elsewhere, Sion Swifts chalked up their first win of the season in style, beating visiting Cliftonville 11-2.

There were hat-tricks for Julianne Herrity and Chloe Mc Glade.



In the other game, Crusaders Strikers had a 3-0 win at home to Ballymena.
