Two of this afternoon's games in the Danske Bank Premiership have been postponed.

Glentoran away to Warrenpoint and Portadown against Dungannon Swifts were called off after pitch inspections.

The other games go ahead -

At 3pm, Cliftonville welcome Larne, Crusaders have Ballymena and Carrick face Glenavon.

The late 5.30pm kick off sees leaders Linfield at home to Coleraine.

It was due to be the first match for Dungannon since they parted company with manager Kris Lindsay "by mutual consent."

The former Portadown, Linfield and Glenavon defender leaves Stangmore Park after two and a half years in charge of the Danske Bank Premiership side, his first managerial job after making the step up from the role of first team coach at Glenavon.

Swifts chairman Keith Boyd paid a glowing tribute to the 37-year-old on the club website.

"Kris has been a pleasure to work with over the last couple of years. I’m disappointed it hasn’t worked out with him for the long term with Dungannon Swifts," he said.

"I’ve made a friend in football with Kris and we would welcome him back to Stangmore Park at any time. I wish him well for the future."

Lindsay will be replaced on an interim basis by current Head of Youth Development at the club, Dixie Robinson.

Surprise is being expressed at the departure, with comments like harsh and premature - and many praising Lindsay's work at Stangmore.
