Aaron Burns and Andrew Mitchell picked up the knocks on Saturday

Two of the Danske Bank Premiership's top players face several weeks on the sidelines after picking up injuries in Saturday's game between Dungannon Swifts and Linfield.

Blues forward Aaron Burns suffered a dislocated collarbone in the first half of the 4-1 victory at Stangmore Park.

Swifts striker Andrew Mitchell, the league's top scorer, was then taken off with an ankle injury.

Some good news for Linfield is the goalscoring form of defenders Mark Haughey, Jimmy Callacher and Mark Stafford who've hit an impressive 20 goals between them this season.

Haughey opened the scoring on Saturday.

There was a real international flavour to Saturday's Danske Bank Premiership game between Glenavon and Crusaders.

There were debuts for the Lurgan team's Brazilian forward Renato and Crues striker Mikel Suarez, who's from the Basque country in Spain.

Both did well after coming off the bench in the closing stages.

The league leaders won 1-0 and Crues goalscorer Declan Caddell was impressed by his new teammate.

In the other matches on Saturday,

Cliftonville had a 3-0 win against Portadown, Coleraine beat Ards 3-1, Ballymena won by the same score against Carrick and Ballinamallard beat Glentoran 1-0.
