Canadian-owned McCloskey International has completed a £17million investment in Tyrone.

A new 120,000 sq ft manufacturing facility has been built at Granville Industrial Estate.

117 additional jobs have been recruited at the business over the last three years.

260 people are employed at the Granville and Coalisland sites.

These additional jobs are generating almost £2.6million annually.

Invest Northern Ireland offered £1.8million to support the capital investment.

Chair of Mid Ulster District Council, Kim Ashton, has congratulated McCloskey International.

She says the company is a major manufacturer and employer, competing successfully in global markets and impacting positively on the future economic growth and prosperity in Mid Ulster.

“My congratulations to the company on the completion of the new manufacturing facility and best wishes for on-going success,” she added.
